Strip steak with a garlic peppercorn char-crust
and served with twice baked potato and seasonal vegetable

QUESABIRRIA TACOS
Spicy shredded beef, cilantro, onion and melted cheese in three grilled flour tortillas and a side of chile consommé with seasonal vegetable
