Flame-grilled Tuscan chicken topped with a roasted red pepper Fontina sauce and served with wild rice pilaf and fresh seasonal vegetables

Apple Walnut Cranberry Salad
This salad combines spring mix, granny smith apples, toasted walnuts, gorgonzola cheese and dried cranberries with an apple vinaigrette and then we top it with grilled Tuscan chicken

A cup-sized version of a classic dessert with layered lady fingers and mascarpone custard topped with whipped cream, Kahlua sauce and berries
