A Tower of a sandwich that starts with fried Mac and Cheese, grilled ribeye, Swiss cheese, house made jumbo tater tots, and crispy onion rings on a fresh ciabatta bun dressed with Sriracha ketchup and topped with cheese curds.
Flame grilled Tuscan chicken topped with a roasted red pepper Fontina sauce and served with wild rice pilaf and fresh seasonal vegetables.
Apple Walnut Cranberry Salad
This salad combines spring mix, granny smith apples, toasted walnuts, gorgonzola cheese and dried cranberries with an apple vinaigrette
topped with grilled Tuscan chicken.
Third Course – Dessert
A cup-sized version of a classic dessert with layered lady fingers and mascarpone custard topped with whipped cream, Kahlua sauce and berries.
